The Elk River Star News was doing a story about the
Pinewood Golf Course.  The reporter/photographer
was roaming the course and approached Don.  He
asked Don to take a tee shot for a newspaper photo.
Unruffled, Don made a great swing and drove the
ball straight down the long fairway and almost onto 
the distant green.
