Dear Irvin,
  The doctor said today that he'd take the bandage off his right eye Monday. But maybe you'd better not come until Tues. to make sure it's off. Donald is so good. He slept all night so I had a good sleep too. Dr. changed bandages today. His eyes look perfectly straight, but his left eye was badly bloodshot. But there are no stitches that I could see, they must be on the inside. I was going to ask him about it but between Donald's screaming & the Dr. talking I didn't have a chance. I guess Donald was more scared than anything else. It doesn't worry me to leave him alone when I go & eat. Love Elsie
